1. Hizmetin Tan�m�
Hena, kullan�c�lar�n demografik ve sa�l�k bilgilerinden yararlanarak ki�iselle�tirilmi� beslenme �nerileri sunan yapay zeka destekli bir beslenme asistan�d�r. Hena bir t�bbi te�his veya tedavi arac� de�ildir; sunulan i�erik ve �neriler bilgilendirme ama�l�d�r.
2. Kullan�m Ko�ullar�
- Hena�y� kullanarak sa�lad���n�z bilgilerin do�ru ve g�ncel oldu�unu beyan edersiniz.
- �neriler t�bbi tavsiye de�ildir; sa�l�k kararlar�n�z� hekiminize dan���n�z.
- Uygulamay� yaln�zca yasal ve ki�isel kullan�m amac�yla kullanabilirsiniz.
3. Abonelik, �deme ve �ptal
- Hena; 1, 3 ve 6 ayl�k abonelik se�enekleri sunar.
- �yelik �cretleri, sat�n alma s�ras�nda ma�azada (App Store vb.) g�sterildi�i gibidir.
- �yelikler yaln�zca uygulama i�i sat�n alma yoluyla ger�ekle�tirilir.
- Kullan�m hakk�, se�ilen �yelik s�resiyle s�n�rl�d�r.
- Abonelikler otomatik yenilenir. Yenilemeyi istedi�iniz zaman iptal edebilirsiniz.
- �deme, sat�n alma onay�nda Apple ID hesab�n�za yans�t�l�r.
- Abonelik; d�nem bitimine en az 24 saat kala iptal edilmedik�e otomatik yenilenir.
- Yenileme �creti, d�nem bitiminden �nceki 24 saat i�inde hesab�n�zdan tahsil edilir.

�ptal/�ade: Sat�n alma i�lemi ilgili platform (�r. App Store) �zerinden ger�ekle�ti�inden, iptal ve iade taleplerinde platformun iptal/iade prosed�rleri ge�erlidir. Uygulama i�inden �cret iadesi i�lemi yap�lmaz.
4. Sorumluluk Reddi
Hena; �nerilerin kullan�m�ndan do�abilecek do�rudan veya dolayl� zararlardan sorumlu de�ildir. Sa�l�kla ilgili kritik kararlar i�in her zaman uzman hekim g�r��� al�nmal�d�r.
5. Hesap ve G�venlik
- Hesap bilgilerinizin gizlili�ini korumak sizin sorumlulu�unuzdad�r.
- Hesab�n�zla yap�lan t�m i�lemlerden siz sorumlusunuz.

4. �deme/Abonelik Verileri
�deme i�lemleri ilgili platform (App Store vb.) taraf�ndan y�r�t�l�r. Kredi kart� veya �deme ara�lar�na ili�kin verileri Hena toplamaz ya da saklamaz. Abonelik durum bilgileri (aktif/pasif, s�re) yaln�zca hizmete eri�imi y�netmek i�in i�lenebilir.
5. Veri Payla��m�
- Hukuken zorunlu hallerde yetkili mercilerle payla��m.
- Bar�nd�rma/analitik gibi hizmet sa�lay�c�larla, s�zle�meye ba�l� gizlilik ve g�venlik �artlar� alt�nda payla��m.
- Sat�� yap�lmaz; ���nc� taraflara pazarlama amac�yla aktar�m yap�lmaz.
6. G�venlik
Veriler uygun teknik ve idari tedbirlerle korunur (ileti�imde �ifreleme, eri�im kontrolleri vb.). �nternet �zerinden yap�lan aktar�m�n mutlak g�venli�i garanti edilemez.
7. Saklama S�releri
Veriler, ama� i�in gerekli makul s�re boyunca veya yasal zorunluluklar gerektirdi�i �l��de saklan�r; ard�ndan g�venli �ekilde silinir veya anonimle�tirilir.
8. Kullan�c� Haklar�

Hena, ebeveyn/vas� onay� olmaks�z�n 16 ya� alt�ndan bilerek ki�isel bilgi toplamaz. B�yle bir durum tespit edilirse veriler silinir.

Veriler, hizmet sa�lay�c�lar arac�l���yla �lke d���na aktar�labilir; bu hallerde uygun s�zle�mesel ve teknik korumalar sa�lan�r.

2. Conditions of Use
- By using Hena, you confirm your information is accurate and up to date.
- Recommendations do not constitute medical advice; consult your physician for health decisions.
- You may use the app only for lawful, personal purposes.
3. Subscription, Payment & Cancellation
- Hena offers 1-month, 3-month, and 6-month subscriptions.
- Fees are as displayed at checkout in the store (e.g., App Store).
- Subscriptions are available exclusively via in-app purchase.
- Access is limited to the selected subscription term.
- Subscriptions auto-renew. You can cancel renewal at any time.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
- Manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal after purchase in Account Settings / Subscriptions on your device.
- Prices may vary by region and are shown on the purchase screen.
Cancellation/Refunds: Since purchases are handled by the respective platform (e.g., App Store), cancellation and refund requests are subject to that platform�s policies. Refunds are not processed inside the app.
